Athletics can be defined as “practicing the principles of athletic activities” meaning anyone can be an athlete. Athletes can range from the ultra endurance runner competing at a professional level, to the stay at home parent exercising in their at home gym. As long as there is a desire to incorporate movement to better their lives and well-being, there is an athlete. We design progressive programs with varying training methods, volumes, intensities and frequencies to help you meet your specific desired outcomes regardless of what they are.
