Reforged Athletics looks to provide a strong foundation across the fitness continuum to any type of athlete through smart, progressive, and periodized training. Everyone is an athlete so long as they seek progress and development that is applicable to any aspect of life outside the gym. The gym is not the end goal, it is the forge. It is a tool to help refine yourself into the person you want to be outside those four walls.
